To mark the Barcelona Climate Change Talks, November 2009, the Foundation for a Culture of Peace, in association with the Government of Catalonia, particularly the Vice presidential departments (Directorate-General for International Relations and the Advisory Council for Sustainable Development) and the Department of the Environment and Housing, has organised an international seminar: The Effects of Climate Change on Peace and World Safety, and the Humanitarian Dimension.
