Autonomous Regions, The Copenhagen Agreement and regional policies tackling climate change
To mark the Barcelona Climate Change Talks, November 2009, the Catalan Office for Climate Change (OCCC) has organised a conference on Catalan climate change policy.
The session will be attended by representatives of the governments of the different autonomous communities.
