Introduction
Call for proposals to cities and local governments which are members of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) in Africa, Latin America and the Mediterranean, to carry out international cultural cooperation projects in the framework of Agenda 21 for culture. The purpose of these subsidies is to foster these objectives:
- Governance of culture at a local level.
- Training and capacity-building for municipal cultural management and for international cultural cooperation.
- International cultural cooperation projects in the field of arts and heritage
