Memory
October 2005: Collaboration agreement signed in 2005. Bring the experience of the management model of Barcelona.

April 2006: advice and technical assistance in the reform of three areas: tax and fiscal policy, governance and management of digital documentary heritage. Displacement of five technicians in April 2006, to study the status of the matter.

November 2006: Visit by two technicians from Quito in Barcelona to learn about the management model in terms of income, and the platform of the Barcelona City Council.

June 2007: Visit by three technicians at Barcelona City Council, together with a technical Tsystems company, to conduct an audit of the management of income and starting points concrete and collaboration in the field of heritage documentary.

June 2007: Visit by two technicians from the Municipality of Quito from the company INNOVAR-UIO, and a technical office of mayor, to launch the applications for the creation of an autonomous agency in terms computing. During the visit, also discussed the management model of municipal services.
