The process of requesting a prior reservation includes the acceptance of the protocol of conditions for providing the use of Institut de Cultura de Barcelona locations. This prior reservation does not involve an authorisation commitment by l’Institut de Cultura.
Once the request has been validated, contact with the interested party will be established in order to confirm availability to hold the event and initiate the reservation confirmation processes as established in the conditions of concession.
