New Residents

Our New Residents presents a series of procedures through which the newcomer may initiate the first stages of integration in our community. Therefore, these services and resources must ensure the essential information and advice are being provided to newcomers at all times in order to help them attain personal autonomy and social integration.

The New Residents Plan is a network of online services offered by SAIER, the government service agency and the more than 100 organisations that make up the New Residents Plan, in combination with the projects launched by the Program Directorate of Immigration and Intercultural Dialogue and the Reception programmes implemented by the various districts.
